Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: digital products, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, and items marked as final sale.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
